Ring Pop

Ring Pop is a sheer glitter polish with a blue/purple base that has blue, pink, and purple flakies throughout. Ring Pop Makes also beautiful topper as well. As seen in pictures over white, black, Cotton Candy and Saltwater Taffy! Opaque in 3-4 coats depending on application, you can also sponge on for optimal glitter effects!
